Every security officer goes through a structured three-stage process before deployment — ensuring accountability, competence, and client alignment.

Security Officer Profile

We recruit highly qualified trainees with the following specifications:

Age 24–45 • Form 4, D+ and above • Good written and spoken English & Kiswahili • Well groomed and presentable • Village sketch maps, nuclear and extended family background • Employment background • Referee checks

2-Week Basic Guarding Course (BGC) covers:

  • Security threats / Protection of information
  • Introduction to Criminal Offences
  • Arrest and restraint by Private Security Operatives
  • Roles and duties of security officers
  • Discipline & Vetting / Observations
  • Customer care / Public relations
  • Occurrence book and report writing
  • Patrolling techniques
  • Handling of crime scenes

On-Site Customized Training

After 2 weeks of customized training to suit the client's requirement with extensive in-house training in areas stated below:

  • Site security & assignment instructions
  • Standard Operating Procedures

Application & Document Submission

STAGE 1 | Recruitment Requirements

Candidates submit all required documents including National ID, certificates, passport photos, referee contacts, and Certificate of Good Conduct for initial screening.

Vetting & Assessment

STAGE 2 | Interviews, Physical & Medical Tests

Candidates undergo oral and written interview tests, background checks, physical fitness assessment, and medical fitness evaluations to confirm eligibility.

Basic Guarding Course (BGC)

STAGE 3 | 2-Week Residential Training

All recruited officers undergo a structured 2-week Basic Guarding Course covering security threats, criminal law, patrolling, report writing, discipline, and crime scene handling.

Client-Specific On-Site Training

STAGE 4 | Customized Deployment Preparation

Officers receive 2 weeks of tailored in-house training aligned to the client's site requirements — covering SOPs, HSE policies, access control, emergency procedures, and client-specific protocols.
